Construction product manufacturers and importers placing products on the EU market — covering structural materials, insulation, windows, doors, and more.

What it requires

Regulation 2024/3110 (revised CPR) applies from January 8, 2026. Manufacturers must declare performance including Global Warming Potential (GWP) data. The regulation establishes the legal basis for Digital Product Passports for construction products accessible via QR code. DPPs become mandatory 18 months after each sector's delegated act is published.
