Safety Data Sheets in 16-section GHS format are required for hazardous substances and mixtures. QR codes on chemical containers linking to the current SDS are becoming standard practice and are recommended by OSHA. Substance SDS updates were due January 19, 2026. Mixtures: July 19, 2027.
